I'm going to talk about an amazing PTP from which I got my first payment!
They are paying around $2.4/1000 visits and I'm getting $1/day.

Here what I'm doing:

2. Use the following Autosurfs to promote (most of them you can set the timer and ip control):
• Hitleap, Ebesucher and Surfmore (they rejects their promote link directly so you have to use the blog workaround  - create a blog and redirect to 4ptp link using a refresh meta tag).
• EmpireViews
• Linkcollider
• RedSurf
• LiveSurf

You can also place the promo link in an iframe but I did not tried that yet...
